At Syed Market, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable)

Not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Beauty & personal care items (if opened or used)

Baby products (if opened or used)

Clearance / sale / promotional items (if marked final sale)

Customized or personalized items

Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective product

The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and, if approved, offer:

A replacement, or

A refund, or
-
Store credit (depending on availability and issue type)
4. Return Process
To request a return:

Contact our support team with your order number

Wait for return approval and instructions

Securely pack the item in its original packaging

Ship the item back (if requested) or follow our courier return instructions
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Syed Market may cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to change of mind, wrong selection, or non-defective reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Since we primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued through:

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be handled under our return policy.
