5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

10. Damaged Parcel on Arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos before opening (if possible)

  • Record an unboxing video (recommended)

  • Contact us within 48 hours with proof
